She sure seemed a lot happier on the splash page!
I had a fantastic weekend! It was fantastic mostly due to being uneventful. Last week was supposed to be my relax week, but then I went and saw five movies. That was still relaxing for sure, but it was quite a bit more busy.
This week I only saw one movie; Inglorious Basterds. I've been a long time fan of Tarantino, so unsurprisingly I loved the movie. The movie constantly had the viewers tense at even the must trivial things. "Wait he ordered her milk!" is an example of a surprisingly tense action. The film does a good job of never allowing you to guess how these tense moments will be resolved, making them all the more gripping when they occur.
I beat Shadow Complex, which is just as amazing as everyone keeps telling you it is. I also played Retro Game Challenge and totally got absorbed again into it's spot on rendition of the 80's gamer's life and library. To add to that experience, I watched some Game Center CX, which is what the game is based on. The point of the show is that every episode the host is given a game and he has to complete a specific challenge. Normally watching someone play a game is quite boring, but between the narration, editing and host, it's hilarious and engrossing in this case.
That's it for now, thanks for stopping by!
