I had a bit of a problem staying healthy for most of my life. My weight would increase or stay higher than I wanted, mostly because I didn't really know what was healthy to eat, and how much. That's changed recently, and I figured I'd let you all know what I did, in case it might help you too.
I've been following a personalized Food Pyramid from
nutrition.gov and as it turns out, eating what I'm supposed to and exercising has caused me to go from 280 to 228 in only 2 1/2 months! So needless to say, I'm really happy and I'm almost at my goal weight.
Let me know if any of you already use the personalized Food Pyramid or if you end up using it.
